Gta Vice City Files Backup System
VC Map Fixes v2.0 FINALThis mod contains about 540 fixed.dff objects and 250 new.col objects.The seabed has been refitted to the city borders and expanded further than the map. What's missing here? Everything else works fine though vice point supermarket windows appear like they shouldI'm only using niltwill's improved scm mod and a few vehicle mods on a backup copy of VCHm. I'll try to find.dff and.txd files, like build01.dff, or other files from mansion.ipl. But please, make more screenshots. I don't know where the bug occurs, but I think it's the back of Diaz's mansion. Maybe mansion1b.dff?

I'm waiting for more screenshots: DEDIT: I found this part of mansion in KeD Editor (Moo Mapper). Maybe it's build03.dff. Try to add this file from your GTA VC gta3.img copy to the original (modded, gta3.img that contains Map Fixes mod) gta3.img file. Just add build03.dff from gta3.img backup into modded gta3.img. Or first delete build03.dff from modded gta3.img and then add build03.dff backup. Rember to rebuild archive after this.

Some files from VCLF may be compatible with this mod. But.IPL or.dff files that are mixed up will crash your game. I'm installing some files from VCLF, some from VC Map Fixes and all files from Vice City: BETA. And I'm installing them manually.

So, to install new building or replace some buildings, I'm adding files to GTA3.img using IMG TOOL 2.0 and I'm always finding an bug, so then I must go to data/maps/.and after one hour it's done (without bugs it takes 10 minutes). It's very hard, but possible. Very hard, because img tool is weird and sometimes KeD or MeD (Map Editor) is crashing. Can't you just use modloader?
Why bother installing them manually, seems like that takes forever.Ugh. Shell32.dll on my computer is broken for some reason, and when I'm trying to run ultimate Asi loader for any GTA game, then I see crash. And this error is about shell32.dll. I have backup of GTA VC folder (if I broke the game after installing something manually).
It's taking a lot of time, but I like this. I'm from Poland and now I have summer. So, if I'm bored, then I try to complete installation of these mods. I know, I'm weird.
