Fallout 4 Synth Mods
Sep 06, 2019 Or even better, this mod + a mod that makes your base character model a synth endoskeleton (like part of the iSynth mod), and adds the various pieces of skin from a CBBE or Fusion girl mesh as subsegment armor (upper arm, lower arm, hand, chest, etc.) that.
I’m doing a slow game for my first complete run through of the game. Building up settlements before getting on with the main story line.Am presently at Level 51 and have 18 settlements all with an average 80 happiness, and was getting ready to take the Castle and head for the Glowing Sea thereafter. Then two settlements dropped down to a happiness in the 50’s. The various forums were in agreement that Synth infiltration was the most obvious reason. Followed various suggestions offered such as relieving the settlers of all extraneous armor and equipment and checking them in VATS for abnormalities in their resistances, without finding anything. Then tried the same as a cleric did in the Religious Wars in Europe during the Middle Ages, when he exhorted his cohorts to slaughter all of their prisoners in spite of being made aware that there were members of their own denomination among the prisoners, with the declaration “that God will sort out the wheat from the chaff”.So I rang the bell and with Ol’ Faithful did the deed, alas no synth components!! So why the drop in happiness?Seems kind‘a mean from the Developers side to introduce a story ploy that can’t be resolved!
I know that there are mods out there for synth detection, but I prefer to finish this game, before starting a new with the various mods now available, but it would be nice if when introducing a story ploy a countermeasure was also available. I have discovered several synths pretending to be settlers. 1) several are plot related (like the one at the Cool Kats friends' sewage plant settlement). 2) best way. Tried your suggestions.Re., the insomniac Settlers, in my two problem settlements found a couple, put them down, but no luck, probably a late night toilet call. TG for Save&Load. The console command worked though. In one settlement it registered one synth.
Turned out to be a Brahmin feeding at a trough.Still think that the developers should have provided an in/game solution. Make us work for it, sure, but without having to resort to console commands.Well time for a 18 settlement witch hunt! Thanks guys. If you are constantly checking via the console for synths and have none. Then if you dress your settlers up in uniforms according to their jobs, it is much easier to find the synths because it is one of the new guys.I really wish you wouldnt have to use the console to do that, but you really got no choice. Simply because if you get the synthinfiltrator02 mission then you spend twenty damn minutes trying to figure out who the hell is the synth so the mission ends, or end up using the console command to end it.

Got 18 settlements to comb. Already found 2 in the 2nd one tried. Originally posted by atterdag:I’m doing a slow game for my first complete run through of the game. You murdered your whole settelment for nothing. Stay off the Jet man. Everyone knows ' The Jet will make you jittery ' Ahh you misunderstood.I What I did was simply run a simulation. Check the settlement with Console command to verify the presence of synths, rang the bell to gather them and since there is no apparent method (as yet without mods) of detecting them used the slaughter method of identification.Reloaded. Stripped the synth and sent him/her to coventry at Red Rocket.Peaceful and bloodless and interesting seeing that the 5 synths quarantined at RR have a happiness factor of 77, and yet in the settlements they were screwing with, the happiness factor fell from high 80’s to low 50’s.
