Fallout 4 Skip Intro Mod Ps4
Fallout 4 Alternate Start Mod Makes For A New Experience on PC & Xbox One. Game in general, it's sitting through the 30 minute intro, in which nothing ever. The premise of the mod, here's the download link for PC, and here for Xbox One. Skip Vault 111 Mod (not saved game) - posted in Fallout 4 Mod Requests: I often restart the game to play as another character or test some new mod. Id like to see a mod that after you choose what your character looks like skips to you at the elevator waiting to leave the vault 111. This way when you got on the elevator alternate start mods like paths of life would still work and you didnt have.

If you're looking at very fundamental stuff, I'd sayUnofficial Fallout 4 Patch: Fixes stuff Bethesda didn't.AWKCR (Armor and Weapon Keyword Community Resource): Allows armor and weapon mods to have more flexibility, basically.Extended Dialogue Interface: Shows exactly what your character is going to say, instead of just one word that can be misinterpreted.Start Me Up: Allows you to skip the intro and jump right into proper open gameplay. Asks you for all your traits right up front then drops you into the game.Faster Terminal Displays: As it says.MORE PERSONAL PREFERENCE, BUT I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT:You talk too much: Makes companions talk less.No Negative Affinity: Makes it so that Piper won't hate me for stealing from a fucking raider or something.Power Armor Animation Changes: Makes it so that getting in and out of power armor is faster and doesn't take a week.Quieter Settlements: Makes generators quieter.Increased Build Limit Enhanced 4K: Lets you increase settlement build limit. Dd is indeed a god. Before this gets swamped with crap (everyone has different mods that they consider to be 'essential'), there are really only a handful of 100% essential mods that people actually agree on. EDIT: See what I mean?
Three other replies, two of them with a ton of stuff that isn't essential, but that some random dude recommended, and one with what is (IMHO) a joke mod.First off, assuming you have all the DLC, the only 100% essential mod that literally everyone can agree on is UFO4P - the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. It's a metric ton of bug-fixes that Bethesda was too lazy to do themselves, and even with just that (and an achievement re-enabler) mod running I can guarantee you'll have a much better time than you ever did with the PS4 version.Other than that, you'll want to grab AWKCR (Armor and Weapon Keyword Community Resource) and either Armorsmith Extended or Unified Clothing Overhaul. AE and UCO both alter the vanilla armor system in a couple interesting ways that'll take too long to explain here, so do yourself a favor and read the descriptions. And do yourself a favor. Remember Rule #1 of modding - Always, always always ALWAYS Read The Fucking Manual (RTFM). Probably 90% of 'issues' people run into are caused by failure to RTFM and follow instructions. I can't wait for you all to get that list out. I mean, I'm pretty happy with the way my game is now, but I can't wait to stop seeing threads every day asking about when it'll be up, what mods are 'essential' for the game, and what mods everyone recommends.
Hopefully, the list will cut down on that kind of nonsense, and the sub will be much more pleasant again. I think it'll be like when Request threads were banned and made to move into the weekly request thread. What a glorious day that was.I have to take long breaks from responding on this sub because that shit bums me right the fuck out. You're doing God's work, sir. (With the modding and with helping put up the list.). Here are mods that I would consider essential:. Fallout 4 unofficial patch.
Full dialogue interface. Place everywhere. DEF UI if on mouse & keyboard. AWCKR. JOURNEY if on survival. Sleep or save if on survival.
Survival mode console enablerAnd here are some mods that I think are still worth getting:. We are the minutemen if on a mm LP. True Storms.
Quick trade. Salvage beacons. Homemaker. Some assembly required (PA overhaul). Thematic and practicalAnd finally Subtle ENB and True Nights to go with it and your game will look absolutely gorgeous but still vanilla.
This is actually a pretty neat idea. If there’s one thing about every Fallout game, and possibly every open world game in general, it’s sitting through the 30 minute intro, in which nothing ever changes or affects the actual world (excluding including character and skill customization).
Well with the GECK finally released for Fallout 4, a new mod has arrived that does away with the boring pre-war and Vault 111 sequence of the game. Instead of just teleporting you outside the vault, it gives you a whole new intro to experience.

Now that you know the premise of the mod, here’s the download link for PC, and here for Xbox One. Download and experience it for yourself if you’d rather not learn anymore about it. If you’d like to know more before trying, here’s part of the mod description:
The year is 2277. You have no idea who, or what, you are. The Bogeyman of the Commonwealth, The Institute, are abducting citizens for experiments. One Subject, M6-92, has proven rather successful. The Institute has put M6-92 into their new underground testing facility, in which they upload false memories into their subjects. Some say this is how the new Synth versions were made- they would be correct. In the latest experiments, The Institute have created an A.I. which selects its own Protocols and relays feedback data through radio waves.
You will be given the opportunity to choose your gender and looks, and then go onto choosing a new life for your character to lead – or ignore choice and live your life out the way Fate had planned. A wide variety of choices will be available. What you choose will have a lasting impact.
