Fallout 4 Best Load Order

This is my first Reddit post 😀
I am asking for the community's help, to see if I can get some input into my current fallout 4 mod load out on my original Xbox One.
The game plays fine for the most part, occasionally freezes and crashes outside of the downtown Boston area, but as this implies, whenever I enter the Boston area there is now heavy stuttering and an almost guaranteed crash to kick me out of the game.
I have been testing the mods individually to see if maybe there is a specific set that conflicts or causes the issue.
After you’ve downloaded and installed Fallout 4, Nexus Mod Manager and the Load Order Optimizer Tool (LOOT), it’s time to link them all together. From the Nexus Mod Manager, use the “Supported Plugins” button at the top and navigate to the folder in which you’re keeping LOOT.
Just wanted to see if anybody had anymore input.
